Determination

I had a pretty lengthy post written for today, but then I saw this, and decided to put it away for a rainy day.

Let’s talk:

What are you struggling with? And what are you determined to achieve?

Love this idea for a post! I am determined to do the following:

    1. Openly talk about my depression. Depression is a chemical imbalance in my brain. It is not something that makes me a bad perso or that I should be ashamed of….

    2. Kick my Diet Soda habit.

    3. Refocus on eating healthy 80% of the time with 20% reserved for treats. Lately it’s been the other way around!

These are so wonderful! Especially the first one! I know how hard it can be to conquer the thought of “something being wrong with you”, there isn’t, it’s a chemical imbalance. This took me so long to get a grasp of, but I will tell you that once I did I felt so much better about myself and life.
